At Kiss Hair Official Store, we are committed to providing you with high – quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle – free refund and return policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. - Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
2.1 Returnable Items
Unopened and Unused Items: All products must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition as received. Items should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or alteration.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In case you receive a defective product, or an item that does not match your order description, we will accept the return and provide a full refund or replacement.
2.2 Non – Returnable Items
Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized wigs, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds, unless the product is defective.
Opened or Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, except in the case of defective items. - Return and Refund Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is essential for processing your return.
3.2 Return Shipping
For Non – Defective Items: If you are returning a non – defective item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage, as we will not be liable for lost or damaged returns.
For Defective or Incorrect Items: In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or instructions on how to receive a reimbursement for the shipping fees.
3.3 Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return. If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. - Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or size, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
The process for exchanges is similar to returns. You will need to initiate the request, obtain an RMA number, and return the original item. Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship the exchanged item to you. - International Orders
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon return. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
